On the sidelines of its participation in the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development Conference & Exhibition (DIHAD 2026), Dubai Charity Association announced the launch of a range of innovative digital initiatives that are shaping new approaches to humanitarian and community work. Among these initiatives are the initial launch of the “Bshaara” financial card and the introduction of the first interactive experience designed for younger generations on the global gaming platform Roblox
The “Bshaara” Card is the UAE’s first integrated financial card designed to create social impact, representing a strategic step toward integrating financial services technology with humanitarian action and transforming everyday spending into a sustainable source of funding for charitable development projects.
The card operates through a “closed-loop digital wallet” system, incorporating the highest banking security standards to connect the Association, users, and participating merchants. It offers users exclusive discounts and rewards points, in addition to the “Basmat Khair” feature, through which participating merchants contribute AED 1 for every purchase to support orphan care, education, and healthcare programs, at no additional cost to the consumer.
In a significant step that embraces the digital transformation and aims to instill the values of giving among younger generations, the Association unveiled its interactive experience on the “Roblox” platform, which was officially launched on Monday, 24 August 2026, at the Association’s pavilion at the exhibition.
The game is designed to go beyond traditional entertainment through interactive adventures that simplify the concepts of solidarity and charitable work for children, within a safe and trusted digital environment that provides parents with peace of mind and ensures meaningful content that combines fun with the development of positive values. Eng. Adel Al Suwaidi, Board Member, Treasurer, and Director of Operations at Dubai Charity Association, said:
“Our innovative approach at DIHAD 2026 is inspired by the UAE’s forward-looking vision of leveraging technology to serve society. The ‘Bshaara’ Card transforms everyday consumer behavior into a continuous pathway of giving, creating mutual benefits for consumers, merchants, and humanitarian causes. At the same time, our entry into the world of ‘Roblox’ represents an educational investment in future generations by engaging with them through the digital language they understand, instilling the values of social responsibility and human solidarity from an early age
He called on individuals, companies, and parents to join and engage with these innovative initiatives, affirming that Dubai Charity Association continues to present an inspiring Emirati model that harnesses the latest technologies—from consumer financing solutions to interactive content creation—to further strengthen the UAE’s position as a global hub for innovation in the service of humanity.
