Mobile Cart

The project is based on the sale and distribution of roasted nuts and seeds through a mobile cart equipped with the necessary equipment, including: An electric or gas-powered roaster for nuts and seeds. An illuminated glass display case or showcase. A display table. A precision electronic scale for sales. Large stainless-steel containers and trays for mixing and cooling roasted products. Stainless-steel scoops and shovels of various sizes for serving and packaging. Paper and heat-sealable plastic bags in various sizes for packaging. Plastic and wooden plates and containers for samples or quick sales. Mixing bowls or containers for seasoning and adding salt and spices. Sieves and strainers of various sizes for cleaning nuts and seeds from shells and dust. LED lights and spotlights with battery power for nighttime operation. A silent electric generator or a solar-powered battery system for mobile operation. Gas cylinders with regulators and safety hoses. Cleaning and sanitizing tools and materials for work surfaces. A small waste bin attached to the cart. A small fire extinguisher and an emergency safety extinguisher for the cart. A dedicated cart will be purchased to carry the products and equipment and will be moved to locations in front of schools and public places. The project aims to provide fresh, high-quality products across different areas, with the flexibility to reach a larger number of customers and meet their needs through easy mobility.
