You’ll need a gas oven, a small mixer, baking trays in various sizes, cake and pastry molds, plastic or stainless steel containers depending on what’s available, kneading tools (rolling pin, basting brush, sieve, knife, and spoons), wooden stands for the baked goods, a digital scale, measuring cups, airtight containers for packaging, cling film for wrapping, and safety gear (apron, head cover, gloves, masks, towels, and pieces of cloth for the baked goods).
